All sales are final. No returns as each handle is made to order. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will gladly fix or replace your tap handle for you! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I pick up my order?
Sorry no. We only do mail order at this time.
What method of shipping do you use?
USPS Priority is used for all orders.
Please be sure that your address is a good mailing address for the US postal service.
When will my item ship? Since each tap handle is made to order, and depending on the size of your order, most tap handles will ship within 3-5 days. This allows for sufficient time for any wood stain and/or clearcoats to dry before packaging. For larger orders, we will contact you directly and let you know how long to expect before shipping. We do not ship on major holidays or weekends.
Do you offer a warranty / is my order refundable: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Each handle is made to order.
60 day warranty on all tap handles. Please email for support at any time and we would be happy to help you resolve any and all issues with your purchase!
Do you Ship to APO address? Yes.
Do you ship to PO BOX address?
Yes. This must be an address on your credit card or paypal account. You can add a ship to address on either by contacting your credit card company or adding an address to your paypal account.
We must have a phone number for PO BOX orders.
